Last Chance vs Almost Sold Out

Browsing Sideshow's site I see that some statues, like Magneto, are under the "Last Chance" section but the actual figure page doesn't say anything about there being a limited supply remaining.

Then the Superman PF page shows a message stating "Amost Sold Out!" but that statue isn't listed under "Last Chance."

Does anyone know what the difference is between these designations?

The "Almost Sold Out" ones would certainly have the lower stock, Last Chance is getting close but not quite there yet to be able to add almost sold out. Also, those Last Chance items would be eligible for promo codes if you received one, as most as only eligible on select in-stock items only.
