Yikes! $457 for standard shipping to California? As much as I wanted to get my pre-order in now, I'll seriously need to think about shelling out those extra shipping costs.

With how much I love this statue, I really hope they fix these spots.

*Update* Unfortunately when I just attempted to pre order for real this time; it no longer is available for direct shipping to the US... looks like we’re right back to where things were again.

This is a ridiculous situation for you guys in the US. If this is because of the licence held by CC, it needs to change. CC have always said they want to give the fans what they want. Restricting orders is simply crazy...and wrong!

i love chronicle. they paid for a licence. I can understand the limits placed. Prime 1 would put everyone out of business.

Even though I really like Chronicles Indominus. Restricting me from buying Prime 1's Indominus will not make me buy theirs.

I like Chronicle as well and they have some nice products, especially their JP 1:1 prop replica pieces imo, but this licensing restriction is very disappointing because we have no idea if Chronicle will even be distributing anymore P1 products. It has now been 6 months since P1 made their JP1 Neutral pose Velociraptor available for pre order and there is still no word from Chronicle, not to mention the Rotunda Rex and now this Indominus will also probably be left in limbo for who knows how long. I have no issue purchasing P1 products through Chronicle if that’s the only option, but they need to stop purposely keeping us in the dark and give us some kind of explanation on whether they will continue distributing or not.

Ditto. I want to collect P1's line and have a full set of favorites. The only way I will buy from other lines is if they are offering something P1 is not or the quality/pose is much better, which it rarely is in my opinion.

Chronicle confirmed on twitter that they will NOT be distributing the Indominus Rex and that every P1 product will be decided on a case by case basis. There was no mention of the Rotunda Rex or Velociraptor, but I would most likely assume at this point that they will not be distributing those as well.
