I would recommend speaking to someone about keeping all those deep dark secrets.

I'll even let you borrow my 1,500 or so comic books that have hulk featured! I can tell you need to catch up on hulk knowledge, if you even have read a hulk comic in the first place.

Hulk has beat Thor MANY times - with different writers at the helm - so please, let's go there - because it seems to be a concensus between a few writers - that Hulk can take Thor.
