Very true, no one wants visible seams, but done right the pros may outweigh the cons?
Sagat has the swap head, as does the original evil ryu, and they look good from their display side, but looking behind there is a seam by sagats left cheek.
I'm thinking that for a swap to work, it may come down to the pose...

I totally desagree with alternate color for exclusive. A original Ryu color withe with red glove and an Evil Ryu with eyes led for Exclusive is the better way like with Akuma and Shin Akuma.
I just hope to see in the future a Super Street Fighter IV Evil Ryu in the 1/4 or 1/3 line  . Jerry if you read this make my dream come true  .

dahlsim is good too, but new ryu is very visible on 3/4 pose. I'd prefer EX with different head !

Wooden would be very nice with ryu but imo its better they face each other for battle so rocky is the path

that would look good for a face off, and i was thinking along those lines as well until someone pointed out this is going to be a line, and not just a face off ( think it was enshinoi) , so if that's the case, i like super j's idea with the wood, or maybe that grass meadow where he fights... but i don't know about grass...
