Just another great example as to why to Bookmark this board and check it everyday.
Everyone on here does a fantastic job of posting updates within minutes of announcement.
If checking everyday there is NO reason to miss a pre order ever. Therefor no reason to chase down exclusives after the fact.

Are we talking about the recast china heads? I see recast of every statue that's hard to find now. The sad thing is most buys the parts or full statues thinking it's real because the seller doesn't make it clear. Then sells them down the road as real because they don't even know. For example look at the thanes ex head.

I think we all should just do away with those silly motivations for collecting such as return on investment or investments in general. Edition sizes are one of the things eating at this communities moral fibers. I keep seeing these items as almost sold out and I am tricked into spending my below living wage! I go to conventions and see aftermarket resellers trying to make a living, support a family, or a large beer consumption hobby with tacos and I think "why are you charging me more than you got it for?" I must have that thing and I just can't say no to your inflated price so it must be their fault! This must be a crime! I know that Sideshow limits how many pieces a person can buy but perhaps instead of a buyer having any freedoms with the piece (how to sell, how to change, hanging undergarment clothes on it), follow the rules! I mean, when you buy a house your don't think it is really yours do you?
Statue socialism is fun again.

That’s 10 people theoretically who wanted to buy the ex statue originally, then had to wait a year and pay even more money. Doesn’t seem like a very nice thing to do if you ask me.

You seem like a rather nice person Squirtle... the world needs more people like you...
The world however... tends to be a dark and dirty place when money gets involved...

Trying to get whatever the maximum amount of money is that you might be able to get for something does not make you a bad person.
I don't really get why the sellers are always vilified for charging what people believe to be an unacceptable amount of money but the buyers get no criticism/attention at all for paying it.
