I bought it from HS so when I see what they said to demorathis about his damaged one I just doubt that they would do something...this is unexceptable.

And the thing that makes me even more mad is that I had to pay a $268 costum taxes.

For all that money not able to have perfect statue

I am sure in their eyes that would def be considered a major damage issue. Your statue arrived with the tail broken. It wasn't a defect. I suggest you tell HS.

except that issue,I find the normal version pretty cool actualy maybe even more cooler that the special version...

It is just a little different but It looks more Gigeresque.
To me it looks more frightening just like in the movie!

Damn, sorry to hear that, Hicks. That is so unlucky fella.

I would definitely agree with contacting HS in the first instance. That's a majorly damaged item and if they don't step up and sort that one out for you then they aren't to be trusted with any further orders.

Nervous for mine due early next week now...!
