I haven't seen Lifeforce since the 80's but I remember not liking it.

Have you ever imagined a world with no hypothetical situations?

Well then that settles it, my horror guru doesn't like it, I'm out!

Well call me crazy but I like Lifeforce. Granted I haven't watched my BD yet so it's been a while but it's a solid 80's Horror film by Tobe Hooper. I remember being blown away by the effects as a kid and loved the original premise of a race of vampires descending from space. Certainly as good, if not better, than a lot of 80's Sci-Fi/Horror entries. Worth a look IMO Tony.

See, that right there is why I haven't seen it. Too many conflicting reviews! I won't blind buy it, but I will have to give it a rent soon and decide for myself.

fair enough. Just make sure not to skip it due to those conflicting reviews. You may not love it but I honestly do think you'll like it.

Will do.

I have always meant to see it but just haven't gotten to it. Then someone says it's good and I plan on watching it, but before I do someone says no, it's no good, so I don't watch it. And so, here we are at the tail end of 2013 and I have still not watched it.

Vampire Lovers is Hammers first 70's film I think, and it's ok, not one of their best. It does have hot 70's naked female vampires though.
The vampire chick in Lifeforce is super hot and nude for most the movie . it's a good enough sci-fy horror flick, I grabbed both today on the site.

Funhouse is a blind buy for me. Before I bought it I went on You Tube watched the trailer and read the reviews for it.

Funhouse was one of my favorites growing up. Haven't watched it in ages, so I'm curious to see how it holds up.

Terror Train is like that for me. I think I saw it before I saw Halloween. They use to air it late at night all the time when I was a kid.
