Mine is being delivered into the UK and it's the Special version.

Though I'm also tempted by the Normal version. Especially since Roswell still have them in stock.

I think I'll just try and get this one safely in hand to start off with! It seems as though that could be more tricky than I'd hoped..

Yep special and normal and to be honest I don't which is better,both are great!

I would definitely agree with contacting HS in the first instance. That's a majorly damaged item and if they don't step up and sort that one out for you then they aren't to be trusted with any further orders.

Nervous for mine due early next week now...!

Yes I do, the Normal it arrived in perfect condition I don't have a cam. installed on this new pc I'm using the reason I haven't taken any photos. I'm gonna call USPS this morning to check on the Special. For anyone considering one you can't go wrong with either version.
