He won't be here though. This is Civil War in name only, there is no way this is going to resemble the comic for a number of reasons. First and foremost this universe hasn't earned a civil war the way the comics universe did, there's not enough history. Secondly quite a few of the players are missing, Spidey, Reed Richards, Bill Foster (Goliath). I mean it's going to be Cap vs IM for the most part and that's it. Is there going to be a Thor clone? A negative zone prison? There's not even a negative zone! It's just a borrowed title, that's it. Having said that, I'm very much looking forward to this. Yeah, I think I've finally come to that as well. The cinematic universe is just different from the comics, so I've decided to enjoy it for what it is. I came this realization a long time ago. Not that there aren’t things I see in the movies that don’t create an internal dialog about how it is different in the comics, but in the end you just have to go with the Marvel Cinematic Universe as it’s own story line or comic and and enjoy it (if done well and it stands up on it’s own). Even stuff like the Hulk continuing to grow when angry (ala first movie) and Spidey’s web shooters being organic (ala first Spidey movies) never really bothered me that much because they were done well and worked. It helps having kids as they are growing up on the MCU unlike me who grew up on comics. To them, the movies are canon and they will likely see anything else the way a lot of people that are entrenched in the original stories see the changes in the movies.

Loving the concept art for Cap and Iron Man. Cap's suit looks like a good blend of AoU and his stealth suit from WS.

Now if only Black Widow can lose those annoying blue lights on her costume.
