Agreed. You can get the new SS PF for less than that. Or you could also pick up the Tweeterhead Harley and Bud and Lou for half the price. But, like you said, to each their own.

To be fair the XM statue is of Harley, Bud & Lou, If you bought all 3 from Tweeterhead it would of cost $500 at the time of release. (Harley $300 + $200 Bud Lou)

In regards to the Harley 1/4 PF (for $560) your only getting Harley, if they would of sculpted the dogs with her I would guess SS would of charged around a $1000 easily... Plus I'm not crazy about the outfit they gave her.. I prefer the original or the Rebirth one...

Just got my Alice. While overall I like the statue, but there are three items that make the statue less than perfect. The first is that the statue is top heavy and prone to tipping. The base isn’t flat and the statue can pivot on the rear two pads. I added a fifth pad in the center rear to make it more stable. The other two items are both paint related. The shading the stockings was poorly done as the color choices makes her stockings look dirty. I would have preferred no shading to the one the factory did. And finally, the Cheshire Cat’s teeth should have been brighter in color so his smile would stand out more.

But still quite please with the statue. Had to squeeze Alice and the mermaid together on a Detolf shelf due to lack of space.
