It seems that there is no Thulsa Doom on the truck according to Chronicle's latest post.
Hopefully next shipment.
Word on the street is that they are shipping these 100 statues in cargo containers with 100 paint application artists inside where they tirelessly go over every detail for the entire journey on little sleep and food so that the extra time can be maximized to bring us the best possible statue ever.

I dont know who you are Instagram user, but you are just as fed up as I and just as savage.
When pressed for an update on Doom, Chronicle replied at first with their standard "quick tip" of "check the website, dumbass" but when pressed further, they said it is right around the corner and they said they will "make it right"
Hmm... How so?...
Coupon book good for ten free back rubs from Chronicle staff?
Time machine to deliver this last year?
Complimentary 4 day 3 night stay on the Tree of Woe?
Free or discounted shipping?
What does it mean to you all when they say they will "make it right"?
Has a company ever promised something like this before and if so what did they do?

hahaha! these are great. i'd love to see the Tree of Woe's airbnb listing. "hot, uncomfortable accommodations for one."
i also enjoyed the "how many corners does this corridor have" zinger. very nice.
and while i'd love free/discounted shipping, i'm not holding my breath.
