Changes made..
Indiana TOD PF: Alternate open hand added (after pre-order) bcs a lot of remarks about lobbing a grenade.
Mola Ram PF: Mola placed a bit further back on his base (factory decision after pre-order). Different skull than seen on promo pic is facing forward.
They probably placed him a bit further back, bcs his robe was covering to much of the beautiful base.

Great thread. Would rock more, if there were before and after pics.
You guys have a great memory to recall such details.
One I can remember is the face on DARTH TALON ... prototype vs actual, the latter had a sleepier look.
And recently the NEYTIRI .... prototype vs actual.
Overall ... it's always the final paint / portrait that is different between prototype vs actual.

Yeah, problem is when they make the change they sometimes take down the old photos from the gallery on their website, same as edition size. Cover their tracks!
