I am certain the hair /head sculpt will arrive in one piece, separately packed in the styrofoam.

I'm guessing the hair will be in pieces. You can even see the proto has it in pieces if you use the zoom feature on Sideshow's site.

Yes, I doubled checked and they seem to be detachable. Well, I knew M. Newman hand was on this he is the BEST at female sculpts

Yeah, I'm thinking they'll use little pegs or little magnets for the two ponytails, similar to how they did Lara's hair on the AH Snow Day statue.
I'm guessing it will be the base, the main body, the arm with the katana, the two ponytails, and the switch out reg and EX arms, and the removable pistol.
