Yea have this piece too and I really think this is the best 1/4 one out there..Why? Pose is colossus, paint is awesome..Now Xm colossus is right up there too..For me this wins..

I agree. I still have the old PF, too, but I chose this over XM?s Colossus. I know people love the XM?s details but the simpler costume on the PF works better for me. And because of it I have a Lockheed, too, lol.

I will also add that the anatomy and proportions are more to my liking with this SSC Colossus. Vastly more well done than the XM Colossus statue, IMO. Pose is better, too ....and we get Lockheed to boot. That's why I got this for me. Win!

You'll have to decide, but you can still get on the Sideshow waitlist priced at $685, but it's a risk. However you decide, it is a great sculpt. Good luck.

fair enough. There is a local seller that lives near me selling it for 800. I was trying to get the general feel from others to see if that is a bit steep for the collector's edition. Tricky....

Try looking on Facebook. I picked up the EX for $750 shipped a little over a year ago.
