The statue isn’t mine, belongs to a friend. He’s not on the forum so I figured I’d post to see if I could find an answer for him. And the piece tips forward when fully assembled, where she’s so far forward he said it’s causes the base and her to tip.

That is exactly how ours was out of the box. Just needs a little more support under the front of the base.
