I never used UPS before are they bad ?

or is it only USPS and Fed Ex that are bad.

hey marvelboi..

have u consider drymounting the piece to get rid of the wrinkles? it's a permanent solution and most art collectors don't do it as it lowers the resale value of pieces.

for those who don't know, drymounting is a process in which a piece is placed into a vacuum sealer that heats and presses it between a board/backing and a heat and pressure sensitive adhesive sheet. you can spot the adhesive sheet to just tack it in certain areas but it's best to do complete coverage for best results.

you can place a piece in with the vacuum sealer, but it won't flatten it as effectively. ask your local Mat-Shop about this.

i used to work for Pearl Paint and used it loads of times to flatten folded promo posters. it's a fun machine if u have access to it.

....i have never heard anything good about ups or fed ex.....when i mail people art,i send it usps PRIORITY MAIL, DELIVERY CONFORMATION, insured....and i have never had even one incident of mishandling......its cheap too....its normally between 6 and 12 dollars....and of course i pack the ART in a cushioned evelope between 2 heavy boards!.....brian....

Divito is a cool guy......don't be like me and loose your cool with people over art though. In the long run it can become a pain to get something you really want.
