*** and ******* Characters.

Something really disturbing.

http://www.rzero.com/books/***superfull.html

http://www.***league.com/***/characters/

What disturbs me is not that some of these characters have been written as *** or bi-sexual characters, but that there are sites that go to the trouble to list them.

Who knew Firelord's orientation was uncertain?

Wow I did not realize the words themselves were considered inappropriate, but I guess without age controls on the site it makes sense. Kind of.

This was going to be in the Batman art thread but it got removed as I was typing. The comics forum might be a better place. If this is too much (I don't really think it should be) please delete with impunity!

Sasquatch? When did that come about? Why isn't the Beast listed?

What is so disturbing about that?
There are sites that document all sort of minority comic book characters, from black to asian to women...why not ***/bi/tran/whatever characters?

My first line tied in into the deleted Batman art thread.

Nothing really "disturbing" just do not understand why anyone would bother, considering that they go out of their way to list any and all occurances of even the perception of non-heterosexual orientation.

Proty II from the Legion? Uncertain? He was a protoplasmic blob of goo!

I have to agree with that.
I have been to that site, and it really amazes me that even the vaguest, flimsiest instances of a perceived "alternative" sexuality, will actually be documented as a sure indicator of a character's sexual orientation...
