For jdjGoodgrief!!!
In honor of your AMAZING Peanuts Meets Marvel art, I did this ...
(Just a nod to another famous cartoon universe, if only for a fleeting moment in the 80s)

I saw Bullseye's pic of that! It's a beaut! Would you believe I have drawn Smurfs in the past, for a friend of mine who is mad on them?
Now I watch as my legion of fans deserts me to you!

Nah! I just did it for the heck of it, to have fun and because I am still amazed at how great jdh's Marvel/Peanuts pics are.

Well, at least you know someone who would be prepared to try some of those combinations!
That Smurfette is so damn cool, and beautifully coloured. Wish I could do that computer magic with the background fade and so on. Is this all coloured in computer, MD?

Thanks, jdh...it is computer coloured, but what I did is as simple as drawing a stick figure, seriously.
I wish I could color digitally...I am in awe at the things many artists can do with a computer color program...

Photoshop 7.
(and I wish I could find the time to really learn how to use it to its maximum potential...I had no idea that Adam Hughes colors digitally with a MOUSE, as opposed to the customary and popular Wacom tablets...that dude really creates art with his colors...simply stunning. )
