If it’s true that sideshow is saying this and prime 1 didn’t tell them to do this I wonder if secretcompass could take legal action for potential lost sales?

Then SS would never do business with them again. They also get their HT from SS.

It was posted on both their FB and IG pages.
I doubt SS gets it same day. My guess is, SS gets it on Monday, same as they did with the sculpted version.

This happened to me, P1 1/3 AA Catwoman waitlisted and converted the next day or so. The reason? P1 allotted more to SS. True? Who knows.

Probably taken away from the smaller dealers... Looks like all the Secret Compass orders were canceled...

Yes they were. I talked to Shane today and he's not very happy. SS gave him no indication they were treating this like an excl. item, until they cancelled his order the day after Superman went up for pre-order.
I'm still on the waitlist and if I miss out on the sculpted version or I'm forced to pay secondary prices, I'm done with SS. I'll still pre-order Prime 1 items from SS out of necessity but that's it.
