It looks ok. I think the weist is kind of thin. Other than that i don't see any problem. I want a Pattison Batman and this might be it. I just need to see it from some other different angles as well to decide.

I saw it too, but I wasn't sure what it was, so I thought it was better to wait for more info. That's also the reason I added "(On Bike)" to the thread title here, just in case they're doing two PFs. : )
It could well be an action figure, though.
