Yea, I like this new B&W Batman as well. I'll see if I can get it from SSC.

Is the B&W line still going beyond current pre-orders?

Everything's gone up in price by a lot. Some of the larger or more complex pieces have doubled the previous MSRPs across all DC lines. Even if McFarlane is able to keep the lines going, I imagine there'll be fewer releases, especially since he's been making his own 11- to 12-inch statues (they're in-between 1/7 and 1/6 scale) for $50 each.

I remember buying the Risso Batman B&W, the first produced in this line, for $35. I know I’m dating myself, but with a full shelf of the B&Ws, I’m hard pressed to buy one at $200, though I do love the Denys Cowan rendition. Just not at that price point.

I think retail was $49.99 or $54.99 at that time but like you said you could always wait a bit and get them below that.

My son accidentally knocked my Silvestri Bats off the computer desk in my living room recently. Unfortunately, it's busted up badly. No chance of repairing it. Started looking on Ebay to see how much it would cost to replace it and was surprised to see it selling for about $200 nowadays. So, I'm on the hunt to see if I can find another one at a price I can live with.

That Lee Weeks’ piece is a good looking addition to the line.
