I was emailing back and forth with a rep that was telling me they would send out replacement Dizzy parts and they just stopped responding at some point and nothing came of it.
As someone who owns Mai, I also think it would be nice if a head repainting service for offered. Even if we had to pay a fee for it. There was nothing wrong with Mai aside from her face so replacement heads or repainted heads would salvage her completely.
I also think the engineering for the packaging needs to be improved a bit. Unboxing and reboxing a Kinetiquettes statue can be quite the nightmare and they are surprisingly fragile in the box with very real chance of breakage. Maybe look into how F4F packs their statues. I never have issues with theirs and many of their statues are massive beasts.
