As someone who owns Mai, I also think it would be nice if a head repainting service for offered. Even if we had to pay a fee for it. There was nothing wrong with Mai aside from her face so replacement heads or repainted heads would salvage her completely.

I also think the engineering for the packaging needs to be improved a bit. Unboxing and reboxing a Kinetiquettes statue can be quite the nightmare and they are surprisingly fragile in the box with very real chance of breakage. Maybe look into how F4F packs their statues. I never have issues with theirs and many of their statues are massive beasts.

anyone here directly ordered the item from Kinetiquettes website and had issue with the delivery? apparently Chun Li and Juri Artprints that suppose to come with the statue were sent back to Singapore. When I contacted the Singapore Post, they replied my package was held by the US customs and was sent back to them. now I am confused here since I have no idea why it was held at the US custom and was sent back since I never experienced anything like this before. Does any one here have any similar experience with singapore post know how to resolve this? The Weird part is that I received both statues, it is the art prints that were sent back. Kinetiquettes were nice enough to resend me the Artprints but this happened again so im clueless on why this happened and what I can do to prevent that in future from happening.

And while we are on the Street Fighter page, Chun Li has finished her quality rounds check and she is almost ready to go! We are super satisfied with the results achieved and we cannot wait to start sending her out!

I cancelled my preorder. I just can't trust this company. I'll wait and see how she ends up in-hand. If there isn't a problem with their production, it's a problem with their packaging. Trying to deal with their customer service has been very annoying too.
