My 'nitpick' would be, I never liked the 'foot resting / balanced on toes' stance; the reason why I didn't like the first one too.

With his knee extended over his foot it totally worked in the original pose (as it also does in the og SP pose). Now, it looks like he's dipping his toes in a pool to check how cold it is

Neither heel is on the ground.
Wonder why the changes were made? Choice or force?

Hmmmm…would be nice to be wrong but I don’t see sideshow allowing this in 1/4. I’m sure they don’t want to compete with their next comic Batman which knowing them still won’t be the 1/4 comic Batman that most are seeking.

Yea, I wonder why TH didn't plant the left foot firmly on the base?
...Having his right foot on tip toes would be fine, I think, as long as the left foot was fully planted.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

The original prototype just looks better, and it had a better base. Don’t like the Nutcracker ballet tippy toe either.

New pose looks ok, nothing special. I don't collect 1/6 scale anyway so not really too upset by it,

Hmm, that feels like a step backwards from the SDCC prototype. The toes being the only point of contact on that left foot is odd. It’s like they forced the statue into a base that didn’t fit. Too far back on the gargoyle and not enough ledge for the other foot. I’m hoping this was actually the first draft. Need better pics to really decide.

Yeah being on his tippy toes on both legs looks silly
