I just got this email for another item, but they must've let a lot of people go, as has it always been up to 10 business days to ship an item out?

They started that about a year ago. Sometimes it still ships the day they charge your balance, and other times it's a week later.

Thanks for the info.
I haven’t bought many items direct from Sideshow in years. Recently I’ve only burned off my accumulated reward points collected through the year/s. With this item probably being the very last.
