I’m not sure Seattle ever came back out of the locker room. Oof.
Hoping this second game is as fun as I think it should be. Go Jags.
San Fran has such an interesting decision at QB. I think that Purdy is better than Lance, so I would get rid of Lance. Jimmy is the wild card bc nobody is going to take that contract and it’s not so bad to have him sitting back there in care Purdy is a fluke or gets broken.

That's a good point about Purdy. Once the other teams have enough film on him, the defensive coordinators are going to have better game plans against him. We'll see next year if he'll have the same results. So it's a good idea to have Jimmy G. in the wings next year, just in case.

Jimmy G is a free agent after this season. He'll be elsewhere next year.
Moving on from Lance would involve taking a significant dead money hit on the salary cap, so he'll almost certainly be back to compete with Purdy for the starting job.

That surrounding cast...I feel like any competent QB would be successful in SF. I'm thinking they'll do like Zee said and have Lance compete with Purdy.
4 picks...4 before the half. It's wild how teams are able to pull it together after halftime...and the other collapses.
