Does anyone know how long it takes to get confirmation and shipping info on a replacement head. I’ve received email from Chad he said nonprob on replacement but it’s been over a month easy I’ve gotten nothing back yet???

This is how much mine ended up leaning.



Heated up the resin with a hair dryer and it bent back into the shape of the styrofoam cutout fairly easy. Some resin around the peg chipped off when I removed the statue from the base.

Wonder if this is one off or will tis become into widespread issue

Only took a few minutes to bend it back. I let it cool in the styrofoam for an hour.



I put two pads of 3M foam tape inbetween her foot and the plume of smoke.

I was considering this piece, but now these leaning issues have me worried. Are there people out there that have had her displayed the whole time and she's still perfect?

If I buy, I'd be buying from a retailer and am worried about being stuck with a defective statue.
