I had a similar problem as qz33 when I received my ArtFX Batman a while back. I sent multiple messages to support@kotous.com but never received a reply. I finally gave up. Can you advise me on how to resolve a problem with my order?

Not sure if this was asked, but are there any plans for characters other than the Spider-Man ARTFX+ line, like say Black Panther, Winter Solider, Vision, War Machine.. ect.

Will you be able to swap out C-3PO's red arm for his classic arm in the upcoming droid pack?

Also this is not a question, but a suggestion. Theres a video game being launched next week called Overwatch, It has a lot of hype built up around it and I think the heroes in the game would look excellent in the Artfx+ line. Heres a reference picture:
I know I wouldn't be the only one wanting to snag all of these.

Sorry if this has come up before but is there any chance of a reissue of the Killing Joke Artfx Joker statue?

For something thats is only a few years old it seems ridiculously hard to get for a reasonable price.

Good time to do it this year with the animated movie coming out.

Excellent suggestion, at the very least i would buy Tracer & Reaper.
