They’re not side by side in that pic, affleck is clearly further back from the camera than gadot

He might be a foot away at best. There's enough pictures out there that show them together, both in an out of costume. Just because he's a bigger guy doesn't mean his head grows exponentially. Eye and mouth lines tend to line up on adults despite their body size.
It doesn't matter, it's just my opinion, which is usually wrong it seems.

That's true but in this case affleck obviously has a much bigger head, which is shown in the pic posted earlier where the batman cowl is way too big for gadot.
Anyway only true way of judging scale with these busts is seeing them in person. All pictures distort things to a certain degree
