Agreed, I prefer the new version, without the harness, and I like how his head seems to be tilted to the side. I didn't end up getting the first statue but I am leaning towards this Toothless, especially if they make a companion piece.

I am looking forward to this. I have the first one, and it is still one of my favorite pieces along with my P1 Jurassic ones. I think it makes a nice contrast to the serious, majestic look of the first one by focusing on Toothless's cuteness.
