I mean in the replay he was kind of in the air going out of bounds but technically he wasn’t out of bounds yet. That being said I still thought it was pretty cheap, not even close to cheap enough to get a fine though. It wasn’t a hard hit it just looked bad because Vick wasn’t expecting it so he went flying.
