Gentle Giant has been making a habit of pissing their customers off as of late. Honestly I don't think they really care either.
Customer Service is not really a concern of theirs anymore. They figure people will spend their money with them regardless of how they treat their custimers.
This may be true now but its not going to last forever. Once GG learns the errors of their "Rockstar" life, it will be too late.
