I registered with the same email adress on the old site but absolutely nothing about the pre-order already made. When can we transfer our pre-orders made on the new site?

At first only orders made on the new site will be accessible through your account. We have to manually enter the old orders which will take some time.

I was speaking of the newsletter. I made a new account on the PCS site, newsletter is not account related (I signed up 2 different emails just in case, as I previously have, and have received newsletters on both accounts for the past 2 weeks as normal).
