It seems like there are some issues with this business as reported by some. The BBB has 1 customer complaint against them from May 3, 2023 just 20 days ago for a "Advertising/Sales Issue" that has been resolved. It has made me hesitant in ordering from them as a risk, especially with higher price tag items. I like to see businesses succeed, so I hope they can improve whatever the issue is, such as delays in communication.

I just ordered the 1:1 Queen Studios Captain America bust during their 25% off Labor Day Sale.
Fingers crossed. The price was great and shipping was reasonable. I know this comes in two HUGGGE boxes.
Now we wait...

I saw the advertisement for 25% off as well. It's very odd if a business has been around for 3 years and you never hear anything about them. They have a QS 1:4 Artist edition for $1k and you can get 25% off when paying in full. That just seems way too good to be true. I'm not risking ordering anything from this guy. The business address for the company is a house by the way. Super sketchy.

In Europe, many collectible shops are only selling online from their own home.
But yes, always do some research first before ordering and use your instinct if it feels doubtful/fishy..
