The promo image is Rebirth and he's been doing a lot of Rebirth stuff... you might be out of luck.

With all the variants they are doing, I'm sure we would see a New 52 or vintage version as well.

The variants are normally just color changes, right? I think sculpting wise, there would be pretty big differences between n52, old school, rebirth, etc.

Yeah, there's gold versions and white versions. Batman's costumes usually stay "pretty much" the same. The Rebirth Bats has a different belt, and some different line work in the body of the costume, but pretty much the main difference is in the color. The purple inside of the cape and the yellow border around the bat on his chest. Those could be fixed fairly easily, IMO, even the belt could be altered. I understand why someone wouldn't want to throw down a grand just to have to remodel it though.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Didnt they just release a whole new 52 line in 1/4 scale? Would they do a 2nd new 52 line in 1/3 scale?

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

This will be the rebirth line. I'd love Black Canary and WW. Few others possibly. A lot of redesigns are weak though.

My youngest son starts university next fall, so there’s a strong possibility we’ll see something by the time he completes his Masters degree.

By then, you won't be able to afford it. College and an MBA is not cheap.
