I respect Jerry for making this tough decision. Since Akuma vs Gouken was such a disaster I don't blame him.

It amazes me people who auction rare pieces like this how little they put into the description, they didn't even put Pop Culture Shock in the auction title.

Very cool 1 off piece though, wonder how it was acquired and how much.

According to the auction it will ship from Chatsworth, California. Isnt/wasnt PCS located there? The shelve looks dusty, it amazes me how such a rare piece is displayed.

I would be worried about shipping it without it breaking. This would have been a great looking do I if it went into production.

And the broken claw on the poor vega next to the diorama would drive me crazy...

The Chun Li is on a strange base. Is that one of those 3 pack bases?

Her face is repaired. And her hands are on WRONG!

I don't understand why I've seen like 50 of these Chun's with the hands on wrong. It looks ridiculous!

The Chun Li sculpt for this was actually pretty dang good especially the Alpha suit version (for obvious reasons). Having that blown up to 1/6 scale would have made for an awesome 1/6 statue while the upcoming Chun Li would have made for an awesome 1/4 statue

I think those hexagon bases were for the artist proofs weren't they? I saw one on eBay several months ago for sale. Can't find the listing anymore, this was all I could find for the base, maybe the three pack you were speaking of?

According to my memory:

* Regular blue outfit, which has a round base, the ugly eyes and 'brown teeth'.

* Exclusive red outfit (P2), same as above.

* Pop Culture Shock Exclusive black outfit, same as above two.

They offered to fix the eyes and the teeth on the black ones, before sending those out. Later they offered the same service for the blue and red ( but you had to send the statue to them first).

Apart from those above they also offered a (limited to 10) 3-pack AP of all three colors (so you get blue, red and black as a set). Those have a hexagon base and the eyes and teeth already fixed.

There was also the pink outfit that was put up on auction by PCS on ebay. The winner got to decide what color her eyes would be . There was also the white outfit which was limited to two I think and not for sale.
