It appears that Chris Claremont has announced himself via his website for the Supanova June shows in Sydney and Perth

We'll eventually be making an official announcement but Chris beat us to it - haha! I've not met Chris previously so it'll be great to meet one of my long-time fave writers.

Another great guest Royd! I met him at Supanova in Melbourne a couple of years ago, but it will be great to speak to him again and see about getting a few more things signed (I only took the one book with me to Melbourne).

Bought two Comic Book King passes today, since Shanan would like to get a sketch from George Perez as well.

Rodney, if you would like our spare X-Men print as a thankyou for the Wonder Woman print you gave me when George was in your neck of the woods, let me know.

Any news if Mark Brooks doing any commissions and the cost?

Also if Alex Saviuk doing any commission?

Also if any of you guys got on the list for the George Perez pre-commission list?
I 'm on the list for a full-body tone Superman. Anyone else get on the list?

Mark Brooks will be doing sketches at the con, but it will be his normal take a list and cherry-pick (i.e. there is no guarantee your request will be picked). Price I believe is $400.

Alex Saviuk is taking pre-con requests - I can put the prices up here when I find the message he sent me.

I'm getting a pre-con commission from George - full-body Etrigan with pencil tones and background. I figure this is the only I'll get at a commission like this from George, so I'm going the whole hog.

Commission rates for Alex Saviuk

SIZE B x W COLOUR
9 x 12 $120 $160
11 x 14 $150 $200
11 x 17 $170 $230
13 x 17 $190 $260

Partial/half page backgrounds are 40% extra.
Highly detailed characters (e.g. Robocop, Galactus, Transformers) are 40% extra.
10% off each figure after the first full figure price.
Finished art prices are 75% more.
Pencil art prices are 20% less per figure than inked prices.

I did approach Mark to see if he would be willing to accept pre-show requests which I would be happy to arrange (as I've done previously for Frank Cho, Dave Gibbons and Joe Jusko) but with his work schedule and other con appearances, Mark didn't have time to take on pre-show pieces.

Re George Perez, like Wrothy, I too couldn't pass up the opportunity to pick up a Shanna the She-Devil (no surprise there) full figure piece by the Master
