Yeah if you look at original there were these odd spots throughout the claws. I had two sets of claws so I still have perfect factory original set and my customized ones. Best of both worlds

did you remove the claws off the hands before sanding? if so what was the technique to get em off?

I wish Sideshow would have done this. The claws shouldn't be chrome but they should look more metallic than they do.

You could remove the claws I guess that’s more involved and def going to need to touch up paint . Sand carefully . It’s very difficult to get i between claws at the base because it gets narrow. Slow and steady. Key is getting paint off as best you can.

Well, I would say it *should* mean the entire run is sold out, if the current batch is sold out it should just be on waitlist. But I don't want to say for 100% certainty.

I think the EX is great on this one, but only you can know what you want. Some people don't like unmasked portraits but I'm huge on alternate portraits/looks for statues so it's almost always a "must" for me. It's a small amount extra for a pretty big appearance difference in statues. But like I said only you can know what you want.

And yes....I have this one.

This statue was a hit and one of best wolverines for sure. I bought the ex but have no plans on displaying him without the cowl so it really is taste. I figure the ex down the road may make him easier to sell once a time of regular editions hit open market. That’s really only reason why I did it.

I bought the EX too and also have no interest in ever displaying him without the mask.

Since I like the statue so much, I wondered what the hell possessed me to spend more for an Ex I'll never use.

Then I remembered that my plan was to part off the Ex head at some point when cash was tight and needed to defray the cost of something new.

Heresy to some people here I know, but lowering the value of something I can't see selling anytime soon, isn't a big problem for me. Especially with the way resale value in general on this stuff has been going.
