Now I had purchased 3 XM Studio pieces prior no issues. Other than the cracked knee, piece is gorgeous! So because I paid the deposit, than later paid balance year later, I was no longer under PayPal protection. $2k lost. Most disheartening purchase since being a collector since 2009. Still hold hope they will follow through but this new acquisiton by Prime 1 makes me think this will fall through the cracks.
Sorry to hear that. As I know, you bought it from collector? The replacement has been shipped and received (Jan). You might contact him for arrangement.

The replacement has been taken some time as factory has delay the production due to other product. IA has been talking to factory and now MK7, MK17, and some of products are back to production schedule in manners. It is IA mistake, anyway.

Have replacement parts been sent to Europe also?

This has been my worst purchase experience, and I've had some bad ones.
10 months while not sure if anything will ever arrive or if they will fit should I receive them is unacceptable.

Over 1,600 for 10 months+ of stress. I've rarely been in my Mancave since being told to smash my 1:2 torso and 1:1 helmet. The legs on a stand with other parts scattered is depressing.

I just received an email from my retailer who now has the replacement piece. I asked him to send pics of replacement and he sent a video with current date. I am still nervous about shipping but now have confidence in the retailer & IA's reputation. I will keep everyone posted once in hand. Hopefully everyone's issues soon find happy resolution.

Even posted a comment on their FB (asking about the status) which appears to be deleted by them.

I recently commented something like 'great to see the level of attention going to this piece. Hopefully CS gets as much attention in the future!' on one of their FB posts. I got a response from their FB chat asking me 'Who is CS?'

Couldn't help but chuckle a bit

Afterwards they said they would look into it, but no such thing has happened...

I'm glad to see that P1 studios is somewhat consuming several of their projects, as IA is shaping up to be nothing more than a ----ty ass firm, dedicated to their own purposes, not capable of providing any CS.

If you were to, I'd be happy to play my part in it
