Both Starfire and Supergirl are in flying poses... Even Harley with the jetpack is flying....

I like the idea of the green cannon as the base... I think it looks pretty killer....

And see, as much as I can admit that that statue is fun and unique, it's not for me. I wouldn't buy that (and didn't). I like what Tweeterhead is doing...the "pin-up" or "style guide" look.

Myxl and Martian Manhunter are levitating. Raven will most likely be levitating too based on Chad's rough description. It's not like the line has been only static museum poses.

I cannot thank you enough for your enthusiasm with this line.
Great News!

I have the Linda Carter WW exclusive on PO and as much as I love the cape, I'm putting that money towards Green Lantern. I think I'll be happy with one Wonder Woman with 2 sets of legs.

I get it, that's fine. the simpler they are, the lower he can keep the price point.

But then if you are going to get more creative and into quasi-action style themes, why does it have to be more similar than different to what all the other companies are doing with their interpretations?

So many of these characters fly, yet I hardly ever see that being expressed. Sure Starfire is one example, and that's great.
But if ever a character was ideally suited to a flying/levitating pose, it's GL. That's because the figure would already have a logical, built-in method of support vis-Ã--vis his construct.

this took all of 45 seconds to brainstorm and scribble out.
Spoiler

The construct could be a sack, or a big scoop, holding a bunch of missiles, part of a spacecraft, or whatever.

Not saying I need to see this (or something like it) happen. Although I really think it would be very cool to see something a little more daring, engineering wise, that is done in the simpler level of detail of this line, as opposed to hyper-realistic, style of SS and IS and XM.

I'm just saying it's kind of disheartening to see people applauding creativity that is really little more than tweaking a concept that is already oft used.

Ha! Nice.

Doesn't look like a bad little kit at all, but I like the pics of somebody's build that they posted in the review section better than the official product photos.

I just saw XMs paint up of theirs on their video chat. That looks really nice too- with a good choice of paint/colors/finishes to differentiate the figure greens from the construct greens.
