HD and XBOX question
I'm getting my son a XB0X 360 for Christmas. It will be hooked up to my HDTV.
I usually don't like Console DVD players, but should I buy the XBOX HD PLAYER or just buy the Toshiba HD DVD player?

I did the same deal at CC. You can't go wrong for the price as it is a dedicated HD DVD drive. The only thing is you will lose the True HD audio tracks since there is no HDMI or 5.1 analog out.

$400 for a solid standalone HD upconverting player isn't bad at all though.

Did you guys have to do any arguing at CC for the deal. I have the same coupon that has been circulating online but I haven't tried to use it yet.

I printed out mine in black and white. The bar code didn't work when he scanned the coupon but he entered the numbers on the coupon and it worked fine. I wasn't asked about it at all.
