Very nice house and collection. Congrats. Did you build the house with your current collection display requirements in mind? And did you leave yourself room for expansion of your collection?

Thanks.

Yes I did to a certain extent by giving my architect prior the dimensions and total number of the statues I had in hand and under PO which at that time numbered around 150ish. He insisted to have a look at some of my statues to give himself an idea on the architecture design for the gallery. The first statue I showed him was Thor PF and I could see he was in awe of its presence. He did suggest to incorporate ramp and dual level concept into the layout which turned up exactly as in the final plan.

Yes we did accommodate room for future statue acquisitions in the gallery design but that space allowance was breached as we speak. There are many statues that are still kept in boxes that I might have to get rid off sooner or later as I can't afford to be a hoarder. Storage fees are killing me as I have to pay my in-laws rentals for one of the rooms in their residence to keep those boxes. The fact that I prefer a non-cluttered display of my statues limits my option to buy as I like. BTW, I literally sold 130+ NIB 12"
Hot Toys/Enterbays figures for a song. Averages USD25 each...sad..

So ksoonice, where is this at (country)? And if you don't mind me asking, how much was the construction costs for the house. It is absolutely stunning.

The location is Kuala Lumpur.

As for the construction cost, Im sorry I can't reveal it here openly if you know what I mean...I don't quite agree with my country's tax system
