Its already been mentioned so far unless changed.
Chris Evans mentiones that there will be 2 villains and they are:
-Pupet Master & Moleman

Cool! I hope they keep the Alicia Masters/Puppet Master Daughter/Father relationship.
Moleman...I hope they stay more faithful to this character than they dud Doom.

I was hoping for the Skrulls to be the central villains for this one. Moleman and Puppet Master just aren't all that interesting but they may translate well to film, especially the Mole Man's subterranean monsters.

Oh yes and Chris Evans also mentioned that the 2nd film will have and most likley the best fighting coregraphy with special effects...I can see why too, most likley they will be fighting that huge monster of mister Mole!
oh and the directors mentioned a little funny thing for Mr. Fantastic in the movie, like he will be trying to catch a taxi but then stretches over everyone in line to get into the front and get the Taxi that everyone is waiting for haha
