Mine was really tight but if you wiggle it in almost all the way at an angle then press hard it snaps in. That's what she said

Looking at the specs on the XM site, I see the below.

Product size : 36 cm L X 31 cm B X 52 cm H
Torso + Stand : 27 cm L X 15 cm B X 24 cm H

Can someone help me clarify which measurements the L and B indicate? Trying to figure out which one is the depth (I'm guessing B) to figure out if the spot I have in mind can fit it.

L should be length and B should be the depth.

I thought mine was going to have the same problem but then it kinda just snaped in like others said.....but it is literally touching.

Heat up the arm with a blow-dryer and then apply a little pressure to the arm so the hand moves away a little. (don't apply pressure to the fingers as they will snap easily)

Make sure you put a cloth between your hand and the heated up part of the statue so you don't burn yourself.

*** Waiver, try at your own risk ***

I've used this trick several times in the pass without any issues but if you apply too much pressure you can break something, so be careful.

I might try this after I get an answer from them because I might break the fingers when I will force the head on, and I don't want to end up with nothing.

Also, I'm afraid that even if I'm successful in forcing it on, I'll be ----ed with putting in off later. I hope to get a replacement.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.
