Perhaps 'absolutely' would have sufficed.

What does having "their own space" mean, both for them and the forum?

It means they will have a section dedicated to their work. It will mean more progress work posted by the sculptor (hopefully), and a location where the sculptor can discuss their work and where forum members can directly ask them questions.

I was completely oblivious to them prior to today and, after looking at their site, am very impressed with their work.

Only reason I asked is that I'd love to see sections for people like Mark Newman and Edinho Magha as well and was curious if these sections are only doled out on a super-limited basis.

Based on their work, I'd vote yes. Are they Forum regulars?

They are forum members and do post in the sculptors section on and off. There has been support for them having a space for some time. Just not happened yet. I agree Newman deserves a space. I don't know Magha's work.

Cool! Looking forward to seeing more from them.

Edinho recently did a Rambo statue that was picked up and Sly himself gave the piece a thumbs up.

He's been at it for a while now, and his stuff if very cool. If you get a chance, look up his stuff on here.

Maybe I should start a "Vote For Mark" thread...

Thanks for turning me on to these guys' work!

I LOGGED ON TO STATUEFORUM FOR THE FIRST TIME ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND WAS PRETTY SUPRISED THAT BOBBY C. AND BOB DULLAM DIDN'T HAVE THEIR OWN THREAD. THEIR WORK IS PRETTY INSPIRING - YOU'VE GOT MY VOTE! HOWARD SENFT TOO!
