Some good stuff here. What scale are these? 1:8?

She's really nice. I'm contemplating her and Marvel's Black Cat. As I always do.

I always see them listed at 9-inch scale. Not sure off the top of my head how that translate to 1:7, 1:8, etc.
EDIT: Just did some quick math, if the character is 6 feet tall then 9 inch scale would be 1:8 scale.

Well, "overall statue height" can be misleading. Just look at my picture of the Cover Girls Huntress and JLU Huntress statues. JLU Huntress is roughly the same height as the Cover Girls Huntress, but she's sitting down. Her head is also significantly bigger.
There's also this example -- the RWB Jim Lee statue, which is the "same height" as the others but is actually undersized.

So far i've only bought DC characters in the Koto line. Will these have as good paint apps as the Kotos? If so, i may be in for this line. I am confused though. Didn't DC just come out with another PVC line called DC Core? I like they way those look too. Do we know what the price will be on these DST ones? The Core series looks to run about $45. Plus, it says that Joker at Gamestop is the debut piece but then all the articles say Harley will be the first piece. Wish they would clarify.

DC made a line of PVC statues a while back called Ame Comi (short for American Comics), so the DC Core line isn't something that's completely out of nowhere for them. Having said that, this line from Diamond Select is a bit of a surprise since the previous license was for stuff from the Timmverse only.
I guess what distinguishes this line is the use of older/classic costumes, most notably with Supergirl's pre-New 52 costume. DC Core is using DC You/Rebirth costumes.
As for quality...I used to collect Koto bishoujos but got rid of them because I was dis-satisfied with their paint quality. I collect Diamond Select's PVC statues and greatly prefer them. (They're also bigger than bishoujos.)
