Curvature of artwork

Guys, i have framed some pieces and I noticed that the artwork shows some amount of curvature, is this normal (and also the case with some of you)? Maybe it already did this before it was framed and it is just more noticable now it is inside a matte. It are inked pieces, so I guess it's just the paper that's slowly absorbed the water from the ink. let me know what you think, though.
Thanks!

Warping is normal with OA. Sometimes the inks are heavily applied and the water in the ink warps the paper. This can be subtle in your hands, but when placed in/on something really flat, can become more obvious. I don't think you have anything to worry about..unless it's really bugging you..in which case, I guess you're in trouble.

I just read the whole post hehe..yes, you were right all along.

NP..It depends on the paper and on the inks. Some paper is better than others. DC has excellent paper, but Marvel's can be on the thin side at times. Also, if the inker is using crappy ink like Higgin's...it can make a big difference. That stuff is really watered down.
