This is one of those questions that can go all over the place. I will say that someone else would probably stepped up to become Batman.

Bruce would be a successful businessman.

Dick Grayson may become somewhat a Batman or street thug. (Let's just assume his parents died the same way)

Jason Todd would become a street thug and may rise to become the next don of Gotham.

Tim Drake, would be just Tim Drake. Probably go college and become a working class citizen.
