DC Ares vs. Marvel Ares

i will go on a limb here and say Marvel Ares wins in a physical fight just because i don't know much about DC version. but i hear the DC version is much more cunning, so explain how DC version would win.

The DC version is way more powerful than the Marvel version.
Besides having the same powers the DC Ares can alter reality,control the dead and teleport and no mortal weapon can hurt him.

DC Ares has destroyed Hades, so he is now the lord of the underworld. He has nearly indestructible armour and can grow in power even at the hint of anger. His main weakness is anything to do with Happiness or being nice to someone so maybe that could effect him in some way?

Marvel Ares although being weaker in terms of strength, doesn't seem to have any real weakness, although Thor might have something to say about that lol.

I would have to agree with Lord Odin (one of the few times we will ) Marvel has not portrayed their Ares with that much power. Marvel has focused mostly on Hercules & Zeus than any other Olympian.
Pluto and Ares got some coverage but until recently they where pretty much unutilized characters. DC's Ares is a major player in the DC Uinverse due to the fact that he a is a major villian in Wonder Woman and is a foe for her. His role has supplanted Zeus and Hades' role in the Greek God world. Marvel's Ares has no such role and is only mention in this thread because of his recent revival. I would imagine if Marvel decided to due the same with their Ares as DC did theirs, then such it could either way but its not.

I love Marvels Ares, but don't see him pulling this one off. He'd go down swinging though.
