I've decided to go for credt is a check is just too much of a hassle being EU based and I've got enough open PO's at SSC to use the credit for.

Wasn't given the choice with PayPal though. Might have to reconsider on that credit

I was given credit for the full amount I paid. I was told I would go on a list and be notified when the credit was available (about two weeks).

3 statues, fully paid, over $1200, full refund via check. Will take a few weeks to process the refund list, then a few weeks to cut a check.

Seems like there's no consistency with what's going on.

Or maybe the company caused it?

1. Hype up preorders and brag about instant sellouts
2. When the statue finally releases there's suddenly a plethora of them available for some reason
3. Long after release there's even more and now for 20-30% discounts

That's enough to turn off any long time customer without mentioning the lack of responses and refunds. I'm still waiting on a refund for a statue I never received for about 8 months now...
